Plugins and extensions
Plugins add game installation, server management, connectivity, and chat capabilities to GameX. Plugin versions are managed separately from GameX. See Install and manage plugins for version selection and upgrades.
Install, then use
- Ask an administrator to install and enable plugins, with account and workspace access configured.
- For chat plugins, type
@, select a skill, and describe your task. - For plugins with a view, enter the target workspace and open it from the plugin views. Not every plugin has a separate tab.
File, terminal, and service operations still require current account and conversation permissions. Configure AI models under AI assistant and automation.

Develop and publish
See Develop plugins for development, packaging, version requirements, and publishing. Publication requires a separate Registry account with publishing access, followed by review and signing. Published versions cannot be overwritten.
